Evan Goldschneider
Professor
Professor Evan Goldschneider is an adjunct professor at Georgetown University, where he teaches hedge fund investing.
He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Georgetown University.
Evan is also a seasoned finance leader with over 20 years of experience in alternative investments. He is the Co-Founder of The Distinction Group, a boutique advisory firm that helps top-performing asset managers grow and scale.
Throughout his career, Evan has raised capital, built investor relationships, and led investment teams at firms like Masterworks.io (http://masterworks.io/), Hawthorne Lane Capital, Beachhead Capital, and Olympia Capital, where he helped manage multi-billion-dollar portfolios.
Evan’s rare blend of practical insight and a passion for teaching makes him a powerful educational leader at Advance School of Business.

Rabbi Ricky Cohen
Head of School
Rabbi Ricky Cohen brings a wealth of life experience, transitioning into the rabbinate after a successful career in other fields. He is deeply passionate about helping people grow and always sees their potential. With a focus on personal development and community building, Rabbi Cohen inspires his students to explore their possibilities. He led the creation of the Advance Bootcamp, a program designed to introduce students to new industries and inspire purposeful career paths.
Morris Kishk
Program Designer
Morris Kishk has dedicated his career to creating educational programs that blend academic learning with real-world skills. As the founder of Revolution Tutors and Revolution Learning, he has worked with schools to develop career-oriented coursework, while teaching and mentoring thousands of students. Morris is focused on building strong relationships with students and faculty alike, while guiding a team of 30+ to create practical and effective learning environments.
Esther Hersh
Director of Education
With a background at the Department of Education, Esther Hersh has played a key role in designing educational programs. She has developed a deep understanding of how to engage students and cultivate practical and creative skills that prepare them for the future.
Anna Geller
Professor
Anna Geller brings a broad and dynamic range of professional experience to her work. She holds a dual MBA in Entrepreneurship and Financial Management from Pace University. Her career began in corporate America and evolved into successful ventures in entrepreneurship, real estate, and higher education.
Deeply committed to community service, Anna has proudly served on the Executive Board of Directors at Tanger Hillel of Brooklyn College for the past 20 years. She is also a devoted wife and mother of two, residing in Brooklyn, NY.
Adam Litke
Professor
Professor Adam Litke teaches risk management at Columbia University’s graduate school and brings over 30 years of leadership in finance, insurance, and technology.
He is currently Chief Risk and Underwriting Officer at Bridger Insurance, and previously served as President of Pillar Life Insurance, President of Bridger Insurance Technology, and Head of Enterprise Risk at Bloomberg.
Adam has led global risk teams at Wells Fargo, Barclays, Swiss Re, and BNP Paribas, overseeing market, model, and counterparty risk across major institutions.
He holds an A.B. in Mathematics from Harvard and an M.A. in Mathematics from Columbia.
